Who we are

Pebblepools ME Technical Services LLC ("Pebblepools ME", "we", "us") is a pool finish supplier and applicator registered in the United Arab Emirates, serving clients in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly and a small amount of technical data from your browser.

• Enquiry form: name, email address, phone number, project location, project type, your message and how you heard about us.
• Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, collected through our hosting platform's standard analytics.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations, samples and site visits.
• To manage projects we deliver for you and keep records required by law.
• To improve the website and understand which pages are useful.
• To send occasional project updates or product news, only where you have asked for them. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Framer), email provider (Microsoft 365), messaging (WhatsApp) and, where a project proceeds, our applicator teams and PebbleTec International for warranty registration. Each provider processes data on our instructions.

Where it is stored

Data is stored on the systems of the providers above, some of which are located outside the UAE. We choose providers with recognised security standards and keep access limited to staff who need it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Project records, quotations and warranty information are kept for the period required by UAE commercial law and PebbleTec warranty terms, which can be up to 10 years after completion.

Your rights

Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to marketing. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies needed to run the site and basic analytics from our hosting platform. We do not run advertising trackers. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any page.
